AN ACT CONCERNING THE ASSIGNMENT OF SASID NUMBERS AT BIRTH.
To assign a state-assigned student identifier number to each child born in Connecticut to enable data analyses of a child's developmental growth over time and to assist children who may have developmental delays but are ineligible for services.
