AN ACT REPEALING THE PRIOR CONVEYANCE OF AND RECONVEYING A PARCEL OF STATE LAND IN THE TOWN OF WILTON.
To repeal a prior conveyance of a parcel of state land to the town of Wilton and sell the property at fair market value to the current tenant.
