AN ACT CONCERNING THE ELIGIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES OF TRANSIT DISTRICTS FOR BENEFITS UNDER THE STATE FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE ACT.
To specify that employees of transit districts are municipal employees exempt from certain provisions of the state family and medical leave act.
