AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONTINUANCE OF A NONCONFORMING USE, BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.

To prohibit municipal zoning commissions from requiring a special permit or special exception for the continuance of a use, building or structure made nonconforming by new zoning regulations.
