AN ACT CONCERNING STATE-FUNDED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE FOR ELIGIBLE PERSONS UP TO AGE TWENTY-SIX.
To provide health care as a human right to persons not otherwise insured by expanding state-funded medical assistance to income-eligible persons up to age twenty-six regardless of immigration status.
