AN ACT CONCERNING BUSINESS REGISTRATION, LICENSING AND PERMITTING THROUGH THE STATE'S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS PORTAL.

To require the Secretary of the State and the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to study the feasibility of expanding the state's electronic business portal to serve as a centralized business registration and licensing filing system.
