AN ACT REQUIRING A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF INSURANCE POOLING FOR NONPROFIT ENTITIES.
To require that the Insurance Commissioner study the feasibility of allowing one or more nonprofit entities to pool such nonprofit entities' liability insurance policies, including general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance.
