AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR LEASING AND FINANCE COMPANIES.
To require each solar leasing or finance company doing business in this state to (1) provide payoff or transfer paperwork to a consumer not later than seven days after the consumer requests such paperwork, and (2) provide to the consumer a rebate in the amount of two- hundred fifty dollars if such company fails to timely provide such paperwork to the consumer.
