AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMPOSITION AND CONDUCT OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.

To require full and bipartisan membership on the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, restructure the role of said authority and make said authority independent from the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
