AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEMS BY CERTAIN COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES.

To increase public safety by requiring certain commercial motor vehicles to be equipped with global positioning systems capable of providing drivers with adequate warnings of clearance, load and traffic restrictions.
