AN ACT CONCERNING THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS BY CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS.

To reduce the number of trips residents of assisted living facilities take to the emergency department for a non-life-threatening condition that is simple to diagnosis and cure, to save families time, money and distress and to ease the burden on the health care system.
