AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF A POLICY GOVERNING THE WITHHOLDING OF RECESS AS A FORM OF STUDENT DISCIPLINE.

To prevent a school employee from withholding recess from a student in grades kindergarten to five, inclusive, as a form of discipline.
