AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCLOSURE OF PROPERTY HELD IN TRUST BY THE EXECUTOR OF A WILL.
To require the executor of a will to disclose to the Probate Court a copy of any trust of the decedent that includes real or personal property that is not transferred by the terms of the will in order to better account for assets held by the decedent and to ensure the integrity of the Probate Court process.
