AN ACT CONCERNING ABSENTEE VOTING FOR CERTAIN PATIENTS OF NURSING HOMES.
To allow an absentee ballot applicant, who is a patient in a nursing home within six days immediately preceding the close of the polls at an election, primary or referendum, to designate someone to deliver an absentee ballot to such applicant.
