AN ACT CONCERNING VETERANS' SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATES AND DRIVER'S LICENSES FOR CERTAIN FORMER ARMED FORCES RESERVISTS.
To grant eligibility for veterans' specialty license plates and driver's licenses from the Department of Motor Vehicles to former members of the National Guard who do not qualify for federal veterans' benefits.
