AN ACT CONCERNING STATE MARSHALS ELIGIBILITY FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION WHILE PERFORMING DUTIES ON BEHALF OF THE STATE AND ELIGIBILITY FOR HEALTH INSURANCE WHILE OUT ON CERTAIN LEAVE.
