AN ACT PERMITTING BUSINESSES TO SEEK AN OPINION OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL REGARDING STATE AGENCY REGULATIONS.

To require the attorney general to issue opinions when requested by businesses who have a dispute with a state agency regarding its regulations.
