AN ACT CONCERNING THE COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS IN THE PROCUREMENT OF WIND ENERGY.
To make the commission on environmental standards a permanent entity assisting wind energy development instead of requiring a new commission to be created every time there is a new procurement.
