AN ACT DEDICATING A PORTION OF THE ROOM OCCUPANCY TAX ON SHORT-TERM RENTALS TO MUNICIPALITIES.
To provide that a portion of the revenue generated from the room occupancy tax on short-term rentals be dedicated to the municipalities in which such rentals are located.
