AN ACT CONCERNING LOANS MADE BY THE CONNECTICUT HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY.
To require the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority to prioritize issuing loans for properties purchased in a municipality containing seven thousand five hundred or fewer residents.
