AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT A TOWN MAY DEPOSIT INTO A NONLAPSING ACCOUNT FOR UNEXPENDED EDUCATION FUNDS.

To increase the amount of unexpended funds that a board of education is allowed to deposit into a nonlapsing account at the end of the fiscal year.
