AN ACT PERMITTING NURSING HOMES TO INSTALL VIDEO CAMERAS IN THE ROOMS OF NONVERBAL RESIDENTS.

To increase the safety of nonverbal nursing home residents by enabling nursing homes to install video cameras in the room of a nonverbal resident when requested by the resident or a family member of the resident and at the expense of the resident.
