AN ACT CONCERNING THE TESTING OF ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS BY SCHOOLS FOR TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL.

To establish a fund for testing of electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products for the presence of tetrahydrocannabinol by schools.
