AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE OF MAMMOGRAMS FOR CERTAIN WOMEN AT INCREASED RISK FOR BREAST CANCER.

To require health insurance coverage for mammograms, not less frequently than once annually and upon the recommendation of a licensed physician, for each covered woman who has (1) a personal or family history of breast cancer, (2) a personal history of breast disease diagnosed through biopsy as benign, or (3) not given birth before attaining thirty years of age.
