AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN SALES AND LEASES OF DOGS, CATS AND RABBITS IN RETAIL PET STORES.
To prohibit retail pet stores from selling, leasing, auctioning, bartering or otherwise transferring ownership of dogs, cats and rabbits while preserving the ability of such stores to showcase for adoption dogs, cats and rabbits owned by third parties.
