AN ACT PROHIBITING REAL ESTATE AGENTS FROM INFORMING PROSPECTIVE BUYERS OR SELLERS OF RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE THAT STATE LAW REQUIRES AN ATTORNEY TO DRAFT A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT.
To prohibit a real estate agent from informing a prospective buyer or seller of residential real estate that state law requires an attorney who is licensed and in good standing in this state to draft a purchase and sale agreement.
