AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE UNIFORM RELOCATION ASSISTANCE ACT.

To clarify that the provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act apply to instances where a program or project undertaken by a state agency results in permanent displacement, and to provide for certain requirements when enforcement of a town code results in the displacement of a tenant for thirty days or less.
