AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP TO STUDY BEVERAGE CONTAINER REDEMPTION RATES IN THE STATE AND REDUCING A FEE ON INFUSED BEVERAGE CONTAINERS.
To (1) establish a working group to study the redemption rates of beverage containers in the state and the effect of the increase in refund value on such rates and beverage consumption and costs to deposit initiators, and (2) reduce the fee on infused beverage containers and legacy infused beverage containers to five cents.
