AN ACT CONCERNING ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES AGENCIES.
To require (1) assisted living services agencies to develop protocols for the provision of certain emergency medical treatment services to residents of managed care facilities, when appropriate, to reduce unnecessary emergency department visits, and (2) rehabilitation facilities to include an individualized mobility plan in each patient's care plan to improve patient mobility.
