AN ACT CONCERNING A DEADLINE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATIC VOTER REGISTRATION PROCESSES AT CERTAIN STATE AGENCIES.
To (1) require certain state agencies to implement automatic voter registration processes by not later than March 31, 2027, and (2) impose a penalty of five thousand dollars per day for noncompliance with such requirement.
