AN ACT CONCERNING STATE AGENCY CONTRACTS FOR THE LICENSING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS.
To prohibit state agency contracts for the licensing of software applications from limiting a state agency's ability to install the software on the state agency's chosen hardware.
