AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY STATE GUARANTEED CONSTRUCTION BONDS.
To establish a task force to study the feasibility and potential benefits of (1) the State Bond Commission having the power to authorize the issuance of surety bonds for certain housing construction projects, and (2) establishing a process for the issuance of bonds for housing construction projects that does not require allocation by the State Bond Commission.
