AN ACT INCREASING THE REIMBURSEMENT PERCENTAGE FOR SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT GRANTS FOR MUNICIPALITIES THAT MEET CERTAIN AFFORDABLE HOUSING THRESHOLDS.
