AN ACT CONCERNING THE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES REFERRED TO THE MUNICIPAL FINANCE ADVISORY COMMISSION AS TIER I MUNICIPALITIES.
To require the Municipal Finance Advisory Commission to designate any municipality referred to said commission that has a population of less than twenty-five thousand as a tier I municipality.
