AN ACT CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR INCAPACITY BENEFITS UNDER THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT.
To preclude an employee from seeking incapacity benefits when the employee elects to retire from the workforce and experiences the incapacity subsequent to such retirement.
