AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCOME THRESHOLD FOR TENANTS RENTING A DWELLING UNIT IN A SET-ASIDE DEVELOPMENT.
To permit a tenant renting a dwelling unit in a set-aside development to continue renting such dwelling unit for three years after such tenant's income exceeds the statutory income threshold.
