AN ACT CONCERNING MINOR REVISIONS TO THE STATE'S AUTHORITY TO REGULATE CERTAIN NUCLEAR MATERIALS.

To make minor revisions to the statutes concerning sources of ionizing radiation and provide enforcement authority to impound violating radioactive sources.
