AN ACT REDUCING FOR VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES THE FEE FOR CERTAIN SPECIALTY MOTOR VEHICLE NUMBER PLATES TO NOT MORE THAN THE COST TO MAKE SUCH PLATES.
To reduce for veterans and members of the armed forces the fee for certain military-related specialty motor vehicle number plates to not more than the cost to make such plates.
