AN ACT CONCERNING RECOMMENDATIONS BY THE SOCIAL EQUITY COUNCIL CONCERNING CANNABIS REGULATION.
To: (1) Define "control", and redefine "disproportionately impacted area", "equity joint venture" and "social equity applicant", for the purposes of the Responsible and Equitable Regulation of Adult-Use Cannabis Act; and (2) modify the criteria the Social Equity Council uses to identify disproportionately impacted areas.
