AN ACT CONCERNING THE SENTENCE FOR MURDER COMMITTED IN THE COURSE OF COMMISSION OF A FAMILY VIOLENCE CRIME.
To permit a sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of release for those who commit murder during an incidence of domestic violence.
