AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF SOUND BARRIERS IN THE CITY OF MERIDEN.
To install sound barriers at various locations in the city of Meriden to reduce increased traffic noise as a result of the Interstate Route 91, Interstate Route 691 and Connecticut Route 15 interchange improvement project.
