AN ACT CONCERNING CRYPTOCURRENCY THEFT AND THE RESOURCES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION TO FIGHT SUCH THEFT.

To make cryptocurrency theft easier to prosecute, allow for compensation of victims and provide resources to ease the pursuit of such cases to the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection.
