AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO DIAPER CHANGING TABLES IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION.

To require the revision of the State Building Code to require baby diaper changing tables in certain new construction or substantial renovation projects.
