AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EXPEDITED CERTIFICATE OF NEED APPROVAL PROCESS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF NEW LIFE-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES.
To promote the adoption of new life-saving technologies, including, but not limited to, whole-body magnetic resonance imaging machines, by establishing an expedited certificate of need approval process for the acquisition of such technologies.
