AN ACT CONCERNING THE THRESHOLD FOR SEALED BIDDING ON CERTAIN MUNICIPAL CONTRACTS.
To increase the threshold for which sealed bidding shall not be required for municipal contracts or purchases from twenty-five thousand dollars to fifty thousand dollars.
