AN ACT CONCERNING DELAYED PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS AND MUNICIPAL CLERICAL ERRORS.
To prohibit municipalities from penalizing taxpayers for delayed payment of property tax if such delays were caused by municipal clerical error.
