AN ACT REDUCING THE MILL RATE CAP FOR MOTOR VEHICLES AND REIMBURSING MUNICIPALITIES FOR LOST REVENUE.
To reduce the cap for mill rates imposed on motor vehicles to 28 mills and reimburse municipalities for any resulting revenue loss.
