AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR PRENATAL CARE, LABOR AND DELIVERY SERVICES, POSTPARTUM CARE, AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT STAYS.

To require health insurers to provide coverage for all costs associated with (1) prenatal care, (2) labor and delivery services, (3) postpartum care, and (4) costs associated with neonatal intensive care unit stays.
