AN ACT CONCERNING THE POWERS OF A MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICER PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY ON REQUEST.
To specify that a municipal police officer providing assistance in another municipality, on a request from the other municipality's police chief, has the same arrest powers in the other municipality as the officer has in the officer's own municipality.
