AN ACT CONCERNING POLICE NOTIFICATION UNDER THE SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY.
To ensure that when a sex offender is transferred across state lines into this state to a congregate living situation, the police in the offender's residing town shall be notified and the state's sexual offender registry will be updated.
