AN ACT REQUIRING THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COUNCIL TO REVIEW TERMINOLOGY USED AT STATE LANDMARKS AND OTHER PUBLIC MARKINGS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS.
To require the Historic Preservation Council to (1) review state landmarks and other public markings across the state for terminology deemed offensive, and (2) make recommendations for a priority list for removal of such terminology.
